Savannah is 11 and Alex is 9... they grew up with my camera always aimed at them and it takes a little bribing to get them in front of it now! :) I say that I am blessed to have 3 precious children, but the truth is that I am just plain blessed! I’m a terrible blogger… facebook has taken over my life. I really should pay more attention to my poor pitiful blog. I’ll try to be a little better during the holidays! 
I have to share Seth with you… he’s my little buddy. I’ve watched him grow (way too fast, btw!). And he’s so fun! I LOVE sessions where a little personality just oozes and Seth’s definitely does. No two expressions are the same. I love it!
Ok… so I had a ton of fun with these two! Walker & Woods were hilarious… definitely one of those sessions where I wanted to share every single image! Woods even let me capture some crazy funny dance moves about halfway into our session! I’ll have to save those for another day… But for now, just as they were getting tired of my “tricks” and no longer finding me very amusing, I’m glad they could still amuse each other!
Actually, I wouldn’t have it any other way. There are always lessons to be learned in life… with God as our teacher.
Our internet was out and I spent Easter weekend with some of the family… it was nice! God tells us to slow down sometimes… and I’m trying to listen! Back to work as usual today and I have to share these gorgeous girls with you…

That’s what I ♥ about my job… well just a small part of what I love. Capturing the love and laughter. God has blessed me beyond measure! I look at my family… Shane and the kids and I’m overwhelmed sometimes. So thankful that we are a part of each other’s lives. And I feel the love when it’s captured in my camera… doesn’t matter if it’s a couple that’s been married for 50 years, newlyweds or sisters or brothers. And as I look at these images, I can’t stop singing the Daughtry song…

I ♥ the look on Woods’ face! He’s SO enjoying tickling Walker! We had to bring out the “tickle monster” but it was SO worth it! This shot stood out to me the moment I snapped it!
I know I’ve been scarce lately. This has been my craziest/busiest Christmas season yet. I’m very thankful to God for the lesssons in my life, for my job and most importantly for my family. I thank you, my clients for an awesome 2010. I’ll be choosing 2 families for free sessions and prints. There is a catch… but this time you don’t have to post my website link on facebook on your wall or comment to any post of mine. It only takes one tradgedy or death in a family, whether it’s your own family or someone you know, to make you realize just how important and cherished family photos are. And I’d like to help provide those to a couple of families who otherwise might not be able to buy them for themselves.

I just finished editing Nicholas and Carson’s session… what a FUN one! I LOVE this shot… the excitement, the fun.
As I’m editing the Coleman family, I find myself loving the shots that are “real”… the sweet ones where the love oozes from them. This is one of them! I’d say Marlee loves her big brother!

These collages are *perfect* for clients who want lots of different images but have limited space and still want to incorporate different sizes! They can be printed as any square size, but I would recommend a 15×15 or 12×12…
A fab way to showcase your favorites from a session. And they make GREAT gifts for grandparents! It IS November already! I have to keep reminding myself because I truly don’t know where the year has gone!
